As one French Giant (Justice) announce their return, another announces it’s retirement. French house and future music imprint, Institubes have decided to call it a day. Through an insightful press release published on March 16th, label owners Jean-rean Etienne & Emile Shahidi share all the highs and lows of trying to run a successful, but credible record label. Home to Bobmo, Para One, Surkin and many others, the label has become synonymous with releasing original, forward thinking dance music and will leave a distinct ‘head’ shaped void in French dance music.
