Mortal Kombat: Songs Inspired By The Warriors

Jesse F. Keeler (the moustache toting member of DFA1979 and MSTRKRFT) has been given the mighty task of putting together the soundtrack for the next Mortal Kombat title. Due out next month, Keeler has called upon some of the most respected and heavyweight producers from every corner of electronic music. Featuring original productions from LA’s Tokimonsta, Congorock, Skrillex, Havard Bass and many more, the soundtrack has a distinct dance floor direction but still keeps in line with the brutal, button – bashing stylings of the game.

Deadmau5‘s choice dubstep producer Skrillex will be responsible for the theme music of character Reptile. Check out a clip below. For more information click here.
