The success of the man like the Hostage proves the power of blogging.

After releasing a series of free high quality tracks across the blogs, including his latest banger ‘Soundboy’, the gigs and remixes have been coming thick and fast with a tour of Australia planned in October (being Scottish prevents any potential Ashes fall-out) and a remix of Foamo coming out on Skint.

His latest mix draws attention to the plight that many fellow red heads suffered during the recent heatwave and kicks off a charitable fund he has founded to ensure a stockpile of suntan lotion is available at all time to the hair-skinned community.

Either that or it’s a well-thought out plan to get him a load more fame, money and gigs.
