Brand new Hervé mix – listen here
Ahead of his headline appearance at Chew the Fat! on March 27th, Hervé dropped us this brand new mix of ’Ghetto Bass’ bangers…
Not content with just spinning/producing his trademark mix of jackin, ghetto house and lairy electro, Hervé has also been spinning (and making) some of the fiercest dubstep that the scene has had to offer of late.
Encapsulating this into 30 minutes, and throwing in Kate Moss’s boyfriend and some classic metal for good measure, he comes up with the aural equivalent of an adrenaline shot whose effects may include heart palpitations, compulsive spending on iTunes and the desire to stay out all night.
1 Project Bassline – ‘Drop The Pressure’ (The Count’s ‘Conquistador’ Remix)
2 Rico Tubbs – ‘Hip Rave Anthem’
3 Fake Blood – ‘Mars’ (Exclusive Hervé Re-fix)
4 The Kills – ‘Cheap & Cheerful’ (SebastiAn Remix)
5 Jack Beats Vs Dynamite MC – ‘What’ (Dub)
6 Kidda – ‘Under The Sun’ (Hervé’s Aint No Sunshine Remix)
7 The Prodigy – ‘Omen’ (Hervé’s End Of The World Remix)
8 Metallica – ‘Enter Sandman’ (Hervé’s On The Rocks Re-Fix)
9 Zomby – ‘Rumours And Revolutions’
10 Darqwan – ‘Jayrasik’
11 Skream – ‘Filth’
12 Jokers Of The Scene – ‘Baggy Bottom Boys’ (DZ Remix)
13 Lily Allen – ‘The Fear’ (The Count aka Hervé Saves Lily From The Fear)
14 High Rankin – ‘Bubble & Squeak’
Get your tickets to see him now!
And while we’ve got you here, we also found this funny promo video for Hervé’s recent double CD ‘Ghetto Bass’ mix where we learnt such insightful things as the three colours that turn him off and when an actual Hervé album will be released (2033 apparently, though that’s only if he hasn’t invented a few more aliases before then)…
