Florence & The Machine - Dog Days Are Over (Breakage Remix) (MediaFire)

For the past few months it’s been hard to go five minutes without hearing Florence’s wailing (in a good way, we think). Countless terrible bootlegs/remixes (save xx and Boy 8-bit), inappropriate television programs and advertisements later it would be all too easy to discount anything new from the fiery diva. This remix from Breakage, however, is to be filed alongside the best, sparing us from yet another ‘Dubstep by numbers’ remix of whatever Indie band might need to be a little more ‘hip’. We loved his recent Massive Attack remix and are eagerly awaiting to the release of his artist album (featuring a collaboration with Burial) ‘Foundation’, released March 15th by big-hitters Digital Soundboy.
